Empowering transparent carbon markets for any country, anywhere. One platform, every jurisdiction, full sovereignty.
Where you can try ARC
Fully functional test environments configured for different country contexts. ARC does not host national registries — explore, evaluate, then adapt ARC for deployment in your own sovereign infrastructure.
Scope
A national carbon registry solution for governments — designed as a digital public good, owned by the country.
For a country, the real risk isn’t technical — it’s losing control of your own market data to whoever built the system. ARC is designed so that risk never materialises.
The data belongs to the country, permanently.
Shaped to fit each country’s regulatory and institutional reality.
Works with existing MRV and climate data systems, not against them.
No vendor lock-in, no donor dependence.
Free in its standard version, with predictable, modest costs for customization.

How to adopt ARC
ARC does not host national registries. You explore a live test environment, adapt the codebase to your national context, then deploy it on infrastructure you control.
Try a live test registry, walk the codebase, and use the Readiness Toolkit to assess ARC's fit for your national regulatory and institutional context.
Work with the ARC team or your own technical partners to adapt the platform — regulations, carbon mechanisms, credit types, roles, languages — to your country's legal and institutional framework.
Your government hosts the customised registry on infrastructure it controls. All data, keys and operations stay inside your jurisdiction — ARC never holds your production data.
For Governments
ARC is a solution that any government can adopt, adapt to its national context, and self-host as its national carbon credit registry — aligned with Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
Handle voluntary carbon markets alongside Article 6.2 bilateral transfers and Article 6.4 mechanism credits in a single platform.
Automatically track corresponding adjustments and carbon budgets for non-VCM mechanisms, ensuring NDC compliance.
Manage projects from concept note through validation, credit issuance, transfers, and retirement with full audit trails.
Built as a Digital Public Good — designed for transparency, trust, and adaptation to any jurisdiction.
Live Test Registries
These are fully functional test registries demonstrating the ARC platform's capabilities. Each registry operates independently with its own configuration, branding, and data — ready for governments to adopt and customize for production use.
